Today, Wednesday 25th, is the New Moon day for June 2025.
The next Uposatha Day will be a Full Moon, and falls on Thursday, 10th July, 2025.
Current residents at the monastery are: Luang Por Munindo, Ajahn Punnyo, Tan Siri, Tan Sucinno and Samanera Dhiracitto.
The latest talk given by Luang Por Munindo is titled, Part 2_Listening, and continues on from the earlier talk also called, Listening.
We had the pleasure of Tan Mahesako’s company for several days, (see photo below), his having recently completed an approximately two month walk from somewhere near Lyon in France, across England, to Amaravati.
Also we were glad to host Ajahn Sister Khemaka (see photo below) who led a One Day Retreat for the lay community.

Harnham Buddhist Monastery Trust AGM:
This AGM meeting will take place on Saturday 26th July.
Annual Monastic Rains Retreat:
Our annual monastic Rains Retreat (vassa) begins this year on Friday 11th July.
Lay Community Retreats:
A One Day Retreat in English, led by Ajahn Ahimsako, is scheduled for Sunday 3rd August, starting at 9.30 am. No booking required. For details see www.ratanagiri.org.uk/participate-retreats
The next Thai language retreat is scheduled for Sunday 31st August.
