ABOUT
SAFEGUARDING AND REPORTING CONCERNS
Safeguarding
Harnham Buddhist Monastery Trust is committed to providing a safe environment for all our visitors, volunteers and residents. The Buddha’s ethical teachings and encouragement of harmlessness (ahimsa) and loving-kindness (metta) together with the monastic training rules (vinaya) and lay precepts support us in this.
We have clear procedures for Health and Safety and the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults. We also have a process for reporting concerns.
If you have safeguarding or other concerns regarding the resident community or the monastery then please contact the trust.secretary@ratanagiri.org.uk
Trust Policies
