Today, Friday 19th, is the New Moon day for the month of December 2025.

The next Uposatha Day will be a Full Moon, and falls on Saturday, 3rd January, 2026.

Current residents at the monastery are: Luang Por Munindo, Ajahn Punnyo, Tan Mahesako and Tan Siri.

The latest talk given by Luang Por Munindo was titled, Who Benefits?

We are glad to have Tan Mahasako back with us again. He has taken over as the Monastery Workmaster with his usual level of impressive competence.


LOOKING FORWARD:

Sangha Arriving: Later this month Tan Surato from Cittaviveka Monastery is expected to join us.

New Year’s Eve Gathering: Please see the announcement on our website for details of the annual ‘Forgiveness and Renewal’ Gathering. Proceedings commence at 7 pm, in the Dhamma Hall, though you are welcome to join us at any time before 11.30 pm. If you require special parking, kindly do let us know in advance.

New Year’s Day: Please see the announcement on our website for details of the annual ‘Beginning With Goodness’ Gathering. It is recommended you aim to arrive in the Dhamma Hall by 10 am. If you require special parking kindly let us know in advance.

Winter Retreat: Winter Retreat in 2026 begins on 1st February and lasts until 31st March. Visitors to the monastery are welcome as usual throughout January. For February and March day meal-time and visitors are welcome, however we do not expect to make overnight accommodation available.
