For each donation, Stripe charges 1.50% + 20p for UK cards, 2.5% + £0.20 for all European Economic Area cards and 3.25% + 20p for all non-European cards. This is deducted from your donation before it is sent to the Harnham Buddhist Monastery Trust.
If your donation is for a particular project, please note that if the amount is more than necessary for that purpose, any excess will be used for the general support of the Sangha.
HBMT has legal and ethical obligations regarding the acceptance and return of donations and wish to point out that refunds can only be made in particular circumstances (e.g. donations made by technical error). Equally there may be circumstances under which a donation may be refused.
Any personal information that you give to the Harnham Buddhist Monastery Trust—such as name, address or other personal details—will only be used by the Trust, and in relation to the purpose for which you have given it (e.g. contacting you to express gratitude.) Your data will not be shared with third-parties.
