We will now hold practise afternoons at Harnham one Sunday of each month from 2 to 5pm, starting on the 26th of August. See our calendar for further dates.

Meditation Retreats 2007

The 2007 Summer Retreat is now completely booked. We are sorry not to be able to take more bookings for this retreat. We do however intent to hold weekend retreats as soon as Kusala Retreat House is fully functioning.

Meditation instruction

Meditation instruction for beginners is available at 5.30pm each first Sunday of the month.
