5.30 Morning Puja in Dhamma-Hall

6.15 House cleaning chores

7.00 Breakfast in the kitchen

8.00 Work period. Please come to the kitchen area for work allocation


10.45 Bell for the meal

11.00 Meal offering


17.00 Tea available in the main house

19.00 Evening Puja: chanting and meditation

These times can vary according to the season. For Monday each week and the Observance Day (moon day) there is usually no arranged programme. This is aimed at encouraging individual responsibility for practice.
